The Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help organizations make informed business decisions. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through reporting, visualization, and basic statistical analysis.

You will work with datasets from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and business systems. The role involves cleaning and organizing data, identifying patterns, and preparing reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.

A key responsibility is assisting in the creation of data reports, charts, and visual dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You will help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance over time.

This position also involves working closely with business teams, engineers, and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency. You will support ad-hoc analysis requests and help answer business questions using data.

In addition, the Data Analyst contributes to improving data quality, reporting processes, and analytical workflows while gaining exposure to more advanced analytics techniques over time.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics
• Knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet tools
• Familiarity with SQL or database concepts (preferred)
• Ability to clean, organize, and interpret data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create basic charts, tables, and reports
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights
• Understanding of data visualization tools (a plus)
• Ability to work with large datasets and structured information
