We’re looking for an IT Helpdesk Officer who enjoys solving problems, supporting outlets, and making sure systems run smoothly with minimal downtime.
If you’re someone who likes troubleshooting, working hands-on with hardware/software, and keeping operations running without disruption—this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on priority
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and POS-related issues across outlets
- Handle installation, setup, and maintenance of IT hardware, systems, and infrastructure
- Identify recurring issues and implement solutions to reduce system downtime
- Support rollout of new systems and applications across the company
- Perform daily system health checks and ensure data updates are running smoothly
- Prepare basic documentation, reports, and troubleshooting guides when needed
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors when escalation is required
- Ensure all assigned tasks are tracked and completed within timeline
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or related field
- Experience handling POS systems (hardware & software) is a strong advantage
- Familiar with remote support tools, MDM, and IT management systems
- Good understanding of networking and client-server environments
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries
- A problem-solver who can work independently and follow through until issues are resolved
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
- Willing to work on shift rotation
