Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive to manage customer complaints, Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and supplier quality issues. The ideal candidate should have a science-based background and a strong understanding of quality management principles in a manufacturing or service environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the execution of ISO 9001:2015 or any other applicable Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines in all quality related processes.
- Identify quality risks and implement preventive measures to improve overall process efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the main coordinator between suppliers, internal departments, and customers regarding laundry or consumables quality issues.
- Handle CARs (Corrective Action Requests) from internal teams or customers, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, effectiveness review, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
- Investigate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
- Manage customer communications, including feedback from investigations, with accurate documentation and reports such as Quality Feedback Reports.
- Ensure accurate tracking and summarization of CARs, unregistered quality cases, and Quality Feedback Reports.
- Handle special requests for sample testing (internal and external monitoring).
- Manage supplier/vendor audits and internal quality audits, and prepare audit reports.
- Update or revise QA department quality documents as required.
- Assist in training staff on QA procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in planning quality improvements for QA-related processes, including laboratory, laundry, and consumables operations.
- Assist in dose verification programs, performance qualification, dose mapping for sterilization, and coordinate/monitor routine gamma irradiation sterilization.
- Report to QA Management for major Quality issue.
- Attending any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by QA Management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar).
- Preferred: 1 to 2 years of prior experience in QA, preferably handling customer complaints, CARs, and supplier quality (audit experience preferred).
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good attitude, proactive, willing to learn, and able to manage time effectively.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: Experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or similar standards, including internal audits.
