1. Support Outdoor Sales
- Work closely with outdoor sales representatives to ensure smooth coordination.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents accurately and on time.
- Follow up on customer requirements and provide necessary administrative support to the sales team.
2. Customer Service (Walk-in & Inquiry Handling)
- Attend to walk-in customers by providing product information, quotations, invoicing and cash sales support.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person ensuring professional and prompt responses.
- Encourage and track walk-in customers’ purchases, with the objective of converting them into long-term account customers.
- Assist in maintaining good customer relationships and provide after sales support where necessary.
3. Sales Documentation & Coordination
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales records, quotations and contracts, with strict adherence to SOP to minimize NCR cases.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, production, purchase, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
- Monitor and update sales records and customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support KPI monitoring and performance review.
- Monitor customer activity status in the system and promptly update/flag inactive customers to the assigned Outdoor Sales Representative for immediate follow-up actions.
- Proactively identify potential issues or risks in sales documentation, customer activity, or payment collection, and escalate or recommend actions promptly to the Outdoor Sales Representative/Management.
- Prepare and provide timely sales-related reports to Management, ensuring transparency on customer activity, AR collection, and SOP compliance.
4. AR Collection & Sales Support
- Monitor and follow up on Account Receivable (AR) collection from customer to ensure timely payment.
- Liaise with customer on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Account department for proper recording and reconciliation.
- Provide collection status updates to the Outdoor Sales Representative/ Management and highlight potential risks of overdue accounts.

- Mon - Fri : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Alternate Saturday : 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
