Key Responsibilities:-

• Attend to the need of the customer.
• Keep accurate record of discussion or correspondence with customer.
• Gather customer feedback or complaint for the Front Office Manager to act upon.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on all medical appointments.
• Perform medical appointment and reminder call to customer.
• Collection of outstanding or due from the customer and member.
• Receive call / inquiry and direct and / or record and relay message  promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously. 
• Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and are neatly groomed and attired at all times while at work.
• Control and monitor the movement of all marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, premiums and etc.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
