Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations, including seating, reservations, guest flow, and table service, ensuring consistent service standards and an excellent dining experience.
• Lead, coach, and mentor service staff, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and ownership of performance. Encourage a growth mindset within the team to enhance skills and operational excellence.
• Plan and coordinate staff deployment and service workflow to ensure timely service, efficiency, and high productivity during peak and off-peak hours.
• Monitor service supplies, table settings, and equipment usage. Support ordering, proper storage, and minimal wastage while maintaining operational cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs in all front-of-house operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service environment.
• Support menu promotions, operational enhancements, and staff skill development. Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, guest experience, and team performance.
