QAQC (Engineering Construction)
Full Time
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor/Tampin, Negeri Sembilan
Contract Period: confidential
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 1.00pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for construction projects.
- Review material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, inspection records, and quality control checklists.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Monitor incoming materials and verify compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Identify non-conformance issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal quality audits and site inspections.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality management systems in accordance with project and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality requirements are achieved at every stage of construction.
- Assist in project handover inspections and preparation of quality completion documents.
JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in construction quality control, site supervision, or quality management.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ISO 9001 standards, and inspection requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction documentation systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
