Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor/Tampin, Negeri Sembilan
Contract Period: confidential
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 1.00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To oversee all the projects matters including site progress, site cost and etc.
- To write reports on project progress, tenders and related matters.
- To prepare time based programs and to monitor and control the same.
- Provide input on buildability.
- To chair the meeting with sub-contractors for progress and safety committee.
- To attend client and consultant meeting.
- To co-ordinate with local authority for requirements and needs arises.
- To assist the management to achieve the company vision and mission.
- To manage the site accordingly with given time, reasonable quality and within budget.
JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building and construction processes, standards, and site operations.
- Prior experience working with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) is an added advantage.
- Experience in hospital building projects is highly preferred.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
