We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our die-casting manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating, inspecting, maintaining, and documenting measuring and testing equipment to ensure compliance with quality and production requirements.

• Perform calibration of measuring instruments (e.g., pressure gauges, thermometers, weighing scales, micrometers, vernier calipers).
• Maintain calibration records and ensure proper documentation is updated and traceable.
• Identify and label equipment status (calibrated, due, out of service).
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments where possible.
• Coordinate with external calibration service providers when required.
• Ensure all equipment complies with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Prepare calibration schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to calibration.
• Monitor environmental conditions that may affect calibration accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of instruments to prevent damage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Experience in calibration or maintenance (1–3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of calibration standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO systems and documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
