We are seeking a detail oriented and responsible Admin & Account Executive to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle both administrative tasks and basic accounting duties efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1) Administrative Duties:
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Manage filing system (hard copy and soft copy records)
- Prepare letters, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in office coordination and procurement of office supplies
- Maintain proper record of company documents and licenses
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
2) Accounting Duties:
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Issue invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
- Prepare monthly reports and assist in financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliation and update accounting records
- Liaise with auditors and accountants when required
3) Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in both accounting and administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, or similar is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
