Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Mechanical Design Engineer di GSH Precision Technology SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Respnsibilities:

• Design mechanical parts, assemblies, tooling, and fixtures using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or Inventor
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with proper GD&T and tolerancing
• Develop production-ready designs for sheet metal, CNC machining, stamping, or automation equipment
• Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis
• Create BOMs (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and assembly instructions
• Work closely with production, machining, QA, and project teams to ensure manufacturability
• Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and material selection
• Liaise with customers on technical requirements and engineering changes

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in related field
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks commonly preferred)
• Understanding of: (Precision machining, Sheet metal fabrication, Tooling & die design, CNC manufacturing)
• Mechanical tolerances & GD&T
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
