This is a customer-facing technical role, ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in aircraft engine maintenance and MRO environments. You will serve as the key technical liaison, supporting airline operations and resolving critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for airline customers
• Provide on-site and remote support for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events
• Deliver hands-on troubleshooting and guidance to maintenance teams
• Analyze engine reliability trends and recommend improvements
• Support Entry Into Service (EIS) for new engines/products
• Drive implementation of Service Bulletins and field modifications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across operations, engineering, and commercial teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace / Aviation / Engineering
• Proven experience working with:
• Airlines OR MRO organizations
• Aircraft engine maintenance / repair
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• AMM, SRM, TSM, IPC, CMM
• Experience working with OEM / Airline technical teams
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills
