Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate stock management, and timely delivery to support the company’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules based on inventory levels, order requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Work side by side with Production and Packing departments to ensure materials are available for production and finished goods are ready for shipment.
- Liaise closely with Purchasing and other related departments to align stock movement with production needs.
- Ensure all stock movements and transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- Conduct regular stock counts, verify stock accuracy, and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse layout, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S and safety standards.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company procedures.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare warehouse performance and stock movement reports for management review.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as warehouse executive.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), EPICOR, or inventory software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
