Job Scope / Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels in several warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Perform regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Initiate replenishment process when inventory is low.
  • Liaise with inventory system provider if any issue regarding the procedure, correctness of the stock level or any other issues might happen.
  • Order Management
  • Coordinate and place purchase orders with suppliers based on stock needs and lead times.
  • Track order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Shipment Coordination
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on time.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams and logistics providers to schedule and monitor shipments.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation.
  • Review and negotiate shipping contract.
  • Packaging & Marking Verification
  • Review and confirm the accuracy of carton markings and packaging labels, AI as per customer or internal requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Coordination
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately.
  • Make sure goods being returned need to be updated in the system for other departments to make necessary follow up.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between system and physical stock.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and supplier communications.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory status, order tracking, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
  • Assist in resolving supply chain issues and improving operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
