Job Description: Sales & Merchandise

Responsibilities:

• Strong Data driven individual that working closely with sales figure, well versed with Vlookup, Excel sheet, charts, analysis, and ability to forecast the upcoming promotional plan
• Troubleshooter for back-end system inventory and working closely with warehouse team to ensure all data is aligned.
• Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage for offline/stores.
• Solid communication abilities and can communicate effectively with a variety of audiences including employees, clients and upper management.
• Regularly offer workplace coaching and mentoring opportunities for the employees they oversee.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Possess good multitasking abilities and successfully switch between various tasks with ease.
• Allow the team members to work on their own and don’t spend their days micromanaging other employees in their region.
• Reviewing and making predictions on customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
• Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized
• Researching and monitoring industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.
• Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures.
• Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress competition status.

Requirement:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in field merchandising.
• Have excellent knowledge of the fashion industry and retail industry.
• Able to do strategic and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in using Vlookup, Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Sheet and Google Slides.
• Willing to work from office in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
