Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain and organize office records, documents, and databases.
  • Support the team with the preparation of reports, letters, and other documentation.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
