Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Admin Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,200 in Gold Cold Transport Sdn. Bhd. Senai - Maukerja

Job description:

• Coordinate all warehouse activities to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
• To handle warehouse's administration works such issuing goods return note, filling, stocks balancing, stocks enquiries & etc.
• Update & maintain CHEP pallet in the system.
• Execution of all necessary transactions in SAP/WMS.
• Handling of complaint’s paper works.
• Support during the preparation and execution of stocktaking.
• To assist in the administration work of Department.
• Responsible of communicating with the Customers & ensuring their requirements are fulfilled timely, correctly & completely.
• Comply and assist in ensuring compliance with the Organizations health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) and other management system requirements e.g. ISO, GDP, FSSC, EMS, etc. Maintain and continually improve the systems, objective targets and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities; and actively encourage the implementation of workplace improvements and continuously promote the concepts of the management system requirements among subordinate and peers.
• Any others assignment from Management which is related to Company or career growth.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
