Are you passionate about ensuring stock accuracy and reducing discrepancies? We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Audit Associate to join our team at Plaza Low Yat. In this role, you will help safeguard inventory integrity and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute cycle counts and full physical stock takes across branches (Low Yat, IOI, Leisure Mall, Vivacity)

- Reconcile physical counts with Wavelet system records, investigate variances, and verify serialized items (laptops, GPUs, high-value SKUs) by serial number or IMEI

- Perform spot-checks on GRN, sales, transfers, and RMA to identify shrinkage, mis-picks, wrong scans, or ghost stock

- Audit stock adjustments and write-offs, ensuring proper approvals are in place

- Match inter-branch transfers to confirm outgoing and incoming quantities align

- Generate variance reports per branch with root cause analysis

- Track stock accuracy percentage KPIs and recommend SOP improvements to minimize recurring discrepancies

- Ensure stock-take procedures and ESD/handling protocols are followed, and maintain audit-ready documentation for finance and external auditors

Requirements:

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Experience in inventory management or auditing

- Familiarity with stock control systems (e.g., Wavelet) is a plus

- Ability to work across multiple branches

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
