Job Description

RedRadar International is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive on behalf of our client in Cheras, Selangor.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. You will work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content, manage advertising campaigns, analyze marketing performance, and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
4. Develop creative and engaging marketing content ideas for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
5. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure marketing materials align with company objectives and branding.
6. Manage the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and customer interactions.
7. Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
8. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.
9. Achieve marketing targets and KPIs set by the company.
10. Recommend and implement new marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and support business growth.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
2) Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms is an advantage
3) Knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM
4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5) Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
