1. Human Resource Operations
- Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and practices are consistently implemented and compliant with Malaysian labour laws.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Support manpower planning for plant operations, production, and support functions.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and probation confirmation.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and government bodies when required.
3. Industrial Relations & Discipline
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, misconduct cases, and employee grievances.
- Maintain good industrial relations and act as a liaison between management and employees.
- Support compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labour regulations.
4. Foreign Workers & Immigration
- Assist in managing foreign worker matters including applications, permit renewal, levy, FOMEMA medical check-ups, work permit endorsements, and repatriation.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities such as Immigration, Labour Department, and approved agencies.
- Maintain accurate records for all foreign worker documentation.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs for production, safety, and supervisory staff.
- Assist in identifying training needs and tracking training records.
- Support HRDF / training grant claims if applicable.
6. Occupational Safety & Compliance (Support Role)
- Work closely with Safety & Health Committee on employee-related compliance matters.
- Support HR documentation for audits such as ISO, SMETA, customer audits, or internal audits.
7. HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR reports including manpower status, turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary cases.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR systems.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing / plant environment.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations.
- Experience handling industrial relations, disciplinary matters, and employee grievances.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
