Tanggungjawab

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for customer incoming enquiries for service-related products.
  • Review and process incoming enquiries; coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare accurate service quotations.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to clarify product and service details required for quotation completion.
  • Working closely with Regional Service Manager in monitoring and follow up of open quotation to receiving the order.
  • Perform analysis for success rate of enquiries, maintain proper Quotation records.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
