As Finance, Manager you will lead the full spectrum of finance operations while shaping business decisions through data, insights, and strategy. You will oversee HQ accounts and manage a team, ensuring strong financial governance and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full set of accounts for HQ and overall finance operations
- Partner closely with CEO and stakeholders on financial strategy and business decisions
- Drive cost structure optimization, margin improvement & store productivity
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & performance analysis
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial efficiency
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Work cross-functionally with operations, retail, and management teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience*, preferably in retail / FMCG / multi-outlet environment
- Professional qualification preferred (ACCA / MIA or equivalent*)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
- Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in:
- Cost structure & financial optimization
- Store / outlet productivity analysis
- Margin and profitability performance
- Operational finance & business partnering
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
