Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee enterprise security service requests, including security exceptions, whitelisting activities, and policy tuning, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with established security standards.
- Support the enhancement and hardening of enterprise security controls across Endpoint Security, Internet Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Enterprise Application Security environments.
- Administer and maintain vulnerability management processes across multiple operating systems and platforms.
- Support email security, shadow IT governance, and internet security initiatives to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and GenAI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual security processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security improvement opportunities and support ongoing security projects.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise security tools and platforms to ensure operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an Enterprise Information Security, IT Security, or Cybersecurity role.
- Proven experience managing operational security services within a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as CrowdStrike Falcon, CrowdStrike Spotlight, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Email Security Gateways.
- Strong knowledge of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, including JAMF (macOS) and VMware Workspace ONE (Windows and Mobile environments).
- Experience supporting Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention, and Internet Security initiatives.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Bash, Apps Script, or similar technologies.
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies, automation frameworks, or Model Context Protocols (MCPs) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
