Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Supervisor (M-E), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di IAQ Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities: -

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E activities that are carried out at the construction site;
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations;
• Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring their compliance with project timelines and quality requirements;
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure the proper installation, functioning, and maintenance of M&E systems;
• Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site;
• Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times;
• Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements;
• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project.

Requirements: -

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an M&E Site Supervisor in the construction industry;
• Familiar to intergrate and coordinate all discipline in construction site work.
• Understand the construction drawing to plan the consturction sequence.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office.
• Able to use AUTOCAD software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
