Sepenuh Masa Assistant Manager, Technical (Plastics Injection) Jobs, salary up to MYR 9,000 in APM Plastics Sdn Bhd Selayang - Maukerja

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Developing project plans, managing budgets, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety regulations in an organization's goals.
• Key Accountabilities:
• To take core responsibilities in achieving departmental KPls/Goal settings in aligning with organizational technical objectives.
• To coordinate the overall OM's programs following their respective milestone events under the project management & development. Ensuring the overall project milestones are on track in EM's events by achieving customer's satisfaction in planning, sample trials preparation, quality appearance/accuracy and delivery.
• Knowledge and experience in injection plastics mold design and able to provide input of mold troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques for improvements. Ensuring to capture all the lesson learnt into technical database for future model reference.
• Able to read, understand on the 2D/3D detailed technical drawings and specification requirements. Ensuring the drawings are gone through and having sufficient information for next processes.
• Experienced in accessing CATIA V5/V6 3D CAD files to perform geometry reading, measurements, cross-sectional views, and simulations setup.
• Conduct feasibility study for new RFQs by transferring and consolidating customer's engineering BOM and to take lead on the spec data sheet preparation.
• Ensuring that technical information is submit to finance within the required time frame and to be reviewed with cost management team and HODs before obtaining top management's approval.
• To oversea the overall projects APQP by analysing and resolve complex challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Additional duties maybe assigned from time to time by the Head of Department.

Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automotive/ Manufacturing or any engineering disciplines.
Professional Experience:

• Preferable in Project Management & Development / Automotive / Plastics Injection Moldings with working experience in handling interior/exterior parts (Door Trims, Bumpers, Console & etc.) with minimum 2 years experiences.
