Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: RM12,000 – RM25,000 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that drive business impact. You will work closely with data, engineering, and product teams to transform data into actionable insights and intelligent systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
• Build predictive models to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Research and implement advanced machine learning techniques

End-to-End ML Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines from data collection and preprocessing through model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Automate workflows to improve scalability and reliability

Data Analysis & Model Optimization

• Work with large datasets to identify patterns and extract actionable insights
• Improve model accuracy, performance, latency, and scalability
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure model effectiveness

Production Deployment

• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Integrate models with APIs and business applications
• Monitor production models and implement retraining strategies when required

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies
• Recommend and implement new tools, frameworks, and best practices

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

Experience

• 3–6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments

Technical SkillsProgramming

• Strong proficiency in Python

Machine Learning Frameworks

Experience with one or more of the following:

• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn

Data Processing

• Pandas
• NumPy

Machine Learning Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• Classification
• Regression
• Clustering
• Feature Engineering
• Model Evaluation
• Hyperparameter Tuning

Cloud Platforms

Experience with one or more of the following:

• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps practices
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building scalable AI solutions in cloud environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: RM12,000 – RM25,000
