Tanggungjawab

Job description:

i. Document Maintenance

  • To maintain accurate documentation - purchase and pricing records. Ensure the proper keying in & filing the documents (eg. Goods received notes, purchase invoices, credit note, purchase return)
  • Creating inventory/SKU with accuracy.

ii. Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local suppliers.
  • Evaluates supplier’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specification required by the company.

iii. Stock Monitoring & Post Sales Support

  • In charge of planning, issuing, tracking and following up on Purchase Orders, supplier’s delivery and shipments schedules.
  • To monitor stock at healthy levels and prevent wastage.
  • Liaising with order processing team to ensure stocks are supplied according to customer's timeline.
  • Liaise with Technical team & manufacturer/supplier in regards to accessories, parts, equipment warranty claim.
  • Resolve issues with supplier - stock supply, quality, service or invoicing issues with supplier/manufacturers.

iv. To assist in any procurement/ supply chain roles as required. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • ATTENTION TO DETAILS, proactive, able to communicate well in multidisciplinary setting
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administrative, Allied Healthcare or related field are welcome to apply.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement / supply chain/ biomedical / healthcare industry is an advantage, but worry not, for fresh graduates guidance will be provided.
  • Looking for Entry level Purchasing/ Supply chain role.
  • Candidates experienced in Purchasing will have advantage.
