Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Admin (Junior- Entry Level), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di First Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily financial and accounting transactions
• Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and bank deposits
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and check data entries in accounting records / general ledger
• Assist in preparing budget forecasts and financial reports
• Monitor company expenses to ensure spending is within budget
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify transaction accuracy
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements and government regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and company data
• Support database backup and proper filing of finance documents
• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving financial inconsistencies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with basic accounting or bookkeeping experience will have an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Honest, responsible, committed, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Team player with willingness to learn
