The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth customer service, managing staff, and maintaining store standards. This role focuses on meeting sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth service during opening and closing hours.
- Ensure all staff adhere to operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Lead, supervise, and train staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including the front and back areas.
- Ensure all company procedures, including cash handling and security measures, are followed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing retail environments.
- Ability to train and motivate a team.
Working Conditions:
- Shift work including weekends and public holidays.
- Full-time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
