Tanggungjawab
1. Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
2. Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls).
3. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
4. Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors/service providers.
5. Support HR with staff records, attendance, and onboarding processes.
6. Assist in basic finance tasks (petty cash, invoices, expense claims).
7. Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
8. Act as first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
9. Support management with reports, letters, and ad-hoc tasks.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
