Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate M&E construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee site operations, progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules, work progress, and cost control
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Ensure works are completed within timeline, budget, and required standards
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Experience in ACMV and/or CWSP trades is highly preferred
• Prior experience in subcontractor environment for M&E works will be an added advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building / Engineering or related field
• Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
