Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (Account Management Team):

  • Handle multiple database processing & system administrations.
  • Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in systems.
  • New client account and benefits setup.
  • Ensure all membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement are timely and accurately maintained in our core member system within agreed Turn-around time (TAT).
  • Timely acknowledgement to our client(s) email on membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement.
  • Generating reporting for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Handle phone/email queries from clients and able to provide clear and effective solutions.
  • Support administrative works such as filling, copying, distributing, scanning, collates general information etc.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in computer science/IT or related certifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Passion for service and strong team player
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Converse fluently in English
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words/ MS Excel)
  • Diligent, able to multi-task and a strong sense of accountability
  • Comfortable to handle big data set in excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
