Job Description:

1. Conduct tests such as lactoscan, pH, and sensory taste to ensure that the product specs and sensory are the same throughout the manufacturing process.

2. Monitor and record the finished goods product checking and its quality during production.

3. Monitor the temperature at the filling station and the UC tank to ensure that the temperature of the finished goods product does not fluctuate and stays below 10C.

4. Monitor the weight of product during production to ensure it meets the label information.

5. Do packaging inspection and monitor for any leaks during production.

6. Responsible to do sampling as per guidelines provided.

7. Responsible for conducting swab tests for equipment before release for production.

8. Ensure that production areas are kept clean and tidy following GMP requirements.

9. Ensure all the samples are placed in the lab and cold room as the sampling plan.

10. Responsible for doing storage tank and cold room/freezer temperature monitoring every 4 hours as per arrangements.

11. Ensure production personnel hygiene compliance with the GMP standards before entering production area and before handling any equipment.

12. Identifying cleaning cycle times in line, measuring cleaning concentration, examining flow rates, assessing heat up temperature and sanitizing by chemical strengths.

13. Monitor the CIP (clean-in-place) system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines.

14. Perform and verify chemical changes in every CIP station based on schedule.

15. Perform pumping of chemicals to ensure stock in place on daily basis. Keep records of chemical stock balance and verify records.

16. Perform backwash and change filters for water filtration system. Keep update on the related records.

17. Carry out inspection and testing for incoming water to ensure its quality.

18. Assist in equipment calibration if necessary.

19. Responsible for any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• Candidates must possess minimum Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or Science.
• Able to work independently within a diverse team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
