Job Description:

• Handle all site material and diesel purchases based on requests from site teams.
• Source and compare supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site and follow up with suppliers.
• Check and record Delivery Orders (DO) and verify items received.
• Maintain a list of approved suppliers and evaluate their performance.
• Manage purchase records and assist with invoice checking for payment processing.
• Work closely with site and accounts teams to ensure smooth purchasing flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in purchasing (infrastructure construction)
• Familiar with construction materials, suppliers, and negotiation process
• Able to handle sourcing, quotation, and purchase orders efficiently
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
