Kitchen Crew Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble bingsu, desserts, and beverages according to SOP
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency
- Handle ingredient prep
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when items are low
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Requirements:
- Experience in café/dessert shop is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Service (FOH) Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Recommend menu items and ongoing promotions
- Handle cashiering and POS system
- Serve food and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service counter
- Manage queue flow during peak hours
- Upsell add-ons and seasonal items
Requirements:
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication skills
- Able to stand for long hours
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
