Tanggungjawab

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

  • To supervise subcontractors on site installation.
  • To attend site meetings with Consultants and Clients.
  • To promote safety awareness among subcontractors, site supervisors and clients.
  • To perform site coordination, site inspection, site quality control complying with the ISO requirement, testing & commissioning.
  • Manage the workforce on-site, including subcontractors and labourers.
  • Assign tasks and oversee their completion.
  • Ensure the proper use of tools and materials.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure that workers follow health and safety regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Coordinate between various teams to avoid conflicts or overlaps.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Manage site logistics such as deliveries and storage.
  • Track the daily progress of construction activities.
  • Report delays or issues to the Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
  • Maintain a daily log of site activities, incidents, and inspections.
  • Document worker attendance and productivity.

SUPERVISION:

  • Receives daily supervision and workload from the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager.
  • Receives general supervision from the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager.

REQUIREMENT:

  • More than 3 years of experience in data center or construction field
  • Proficient in writing in English
  • Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
  • Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
  • Able to work independently
  • Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
