JOB DESCRIPTION
An Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operational activities and carrying out installation works
at site locations. The role requires coordination, physical installation work, basic troubleshooting, stock handling,
and ensuring tasks are completed according to company standards and safety requirements.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily operational and warehouse activities.
- Assist in stock in, stock arrangement, stock count, and inventory handling activities.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure proper stock movement and accuracy.
- Perform installation, dismantling, and maintenance works at customer or project sites.
- Carry out cutting works when required, including cutting metal, aluminium, and wood materials using
suitable tools and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and arrangement of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of materials.
- Conduct site preparation and basic troubleshooting during installation.
- Follow work schedules and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Prepare simple reports, checklists, or documentation related to installations and operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Support the operations team with any ad-hoc tasks when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site or overtime when required.
- Basic technical, installation, or fabrication knowledge is an added advantage.
- Able to use basic hand tools, cutting tools, and equipment safely.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Possess a valid driving license (if required by company operations).
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in installation, warehouse, operational support, stock handling, inventory management, or
cutting/fabrication work.
- Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel or work at different project sites when required
- Basic computer knowledge for stock updates, reporting, or operational documentation.
- Forklift handling experience or certification is an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team
members.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials and equipment
SALARY RANGE: RM1800 - RM2000
LOCATION: Putra Heights, Subang Jaya. Soon move to Seksyen 22, Shah Alam
