Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support by identifying, resolving and escalating the problems to external vendors by ensuring the service commitments is meet and problems are solved.
• Install, configure and maintain a variety of computer equipment such as PCs, Notebook, Printers, Mobile and all related to IT Devices. Including support external user by remotely and telephony.
• Perform daily IT operational support, system administration and backup of IT system in the organization.
• Coordinate with various department to gather business requirements, liaise with vendor on system technical support.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and willing in responding to system problems and others job assign by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Related experienced with a Bachelor's degree equivalent or Diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related fields.
• Good communication skills because they often collaborate.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identity and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
