Tanggungjawab

  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track attendance and leave records
  • Help with payroll coordination
  • Answer employee HR-related queries
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

- Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR software
  • Basic understanding of labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

- Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certifications (optional but beneficial)
  • 0–3 years of HR or administrative experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
