Kerja Intern - Quantity Surveying (QS), Gaji tinggi MYR 500 di S&I Urban Designers Sarawak - Maukerja

The intern shall be responsible for assisting the Quantity Surveying team in the following duties:

• To review and mark up construction drawings for the purpose of measurement verification and quantity assessment
• To prepare Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS) for main claim documentation
• To carry out quantity take-offs based on drawings and site measurements in support of claim preparation
• To assist in the preparation and submission of Main Claims in accordance with JKR requirements and procedures
• To compile, organize, and maintain all supporting documents related to claims in a systematic manner
• ⁠To assist in preparation of subcontractors claim

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess or currently be studying for a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
