Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full set of basic accounting for project-based operations
  • Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Monitor and track all project-related expenses and income
  • Ensure all outgoing payments (supplier, subcontractor, site expenses) are properly recorded and approved
  • Allocate and verify expenses according to specific projects (project costing)
  • Assist in preparing progress claims, invoices, and payment certificates
  • Track incoming payments from clients based on project milestones
  • Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery orders (DO)
  • Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly financial closing
  • Support budgeting and cost control for each project
  • Liaise with project team, site personnel, and suppliers on financial matters
  • Assist auditors and management with financial reports and project summaries

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and project costing
  • Familiar with QuickBooks or any accounting system
  • Experience in construction / project-based environment is an advantage
  • Able to track and finalize “duit keluar masuk” based on project allocation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
