Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are ready for check-in
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, toilets, corridors, and lobby
• Assist with laundry operations including washing, folding, and linen distribution
• Support garden and outdoor area maintenance
• Handle housekeeping equipment and supplies properly
• Respond to guest requests politely and professionally
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel SOP standards at all times
• Work closely with team members and assist in different areas when required

Requirements:

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions
• Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning duties
• Experience in housekeeping is an advantage, but not compulsory
