Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Support
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million, or QuickBooks).
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in issuing invoices to clients and processing incoming supplier bills.
- Payment Processing: Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and bank transfer documents for management approval.
- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling monthly bank statements and petty cash records.
- Collections: Follow up with customers on overdue payments via phone or email.
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Documentation: Maintain a systematic filing system for all financial records, tax invoices, and receipts for audit purposes.
- Correspondence: Handle general office emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Data Management: Update and maintain databases (such as customer or supplier contact lists).
- Office Logistics: Monitor and restock office supplies and stationery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of SPM/STPM or a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables) and basic accounting software.
- Language: Competency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial data.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
