Full Time Production Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in GFB AUTOMOTIVE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Production Senior Engineer in managing and coordinating the activities of the Production Department.
• To ensure that production output targets are achieved in line with customer requirements and established quality standards.
• To support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality performance.
• To monitor daily production operations and prepare reports for submission to management.
• To liaise with relevant departments to resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• To ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations within the production area.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of working experience in a Production environment.
• Minimum five (3) years of working experience in an automotive parts manufacturing company, with direct experience liaising with OEM automotive companies such as PROTON, TOYOTA, HONDA, and PERODUA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:
