Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di PIJ Property & Development Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• Monitor site works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors’ work and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Manage the site technical team, including skilled workers and general labourers.
• Review and ensure that construction plans and technical drawings (shop drawings) are current, accurate, and properly updated.
• Coordinate with consulting engineers, architects, and main contractors.
• Assist in preparing Variation Order (VO) requests and assess their impact on project costs and schedules.
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare Site Inspection Reports.
• Assist in implementing QLASSIC, CIDB, and other project-related audit procedures.
• Prepare daily site reports and work progress reports.
• Update records of construction materials, equipment utilisation, and work progress.
• Manage and maintain all site-related documentation, including material test certificates.
• Supervise the receipt of materials on site and ensure that the quantity and quality meet the specified requirements.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for construction materials.
• Organize and manage material storage on site to ensure safety and proper arrangement.
• Prepare site data and information for reporting purposes to clients and management.
• Assist in the preparation of payment claims for contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide technical information and support to the management team regarding site-related issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
