Kerja Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di KARISMA HOSPITALITY SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Checking on operation of Chiller unit and take performance reading
• To check cooling tower and make up tank and dose chemical required
• To check and service hot water generator (water heater)
• To clean and check chiller room
• To clean and clear dust from air condition grating and air filter
• To do checking and servicing for chiller pump and condenser pump
• Ionize filer checking and cleaning
• To supervise all work done by Maintenance staff including rectification work, daily project, maintenance work, etc
• To prepare shift scheduling (duty roster), attendance list, overtime form, leave form, etc for staff
• To train staff on the job
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of hotel electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal temperature and air quality
• Diagnose and fix plumbing problems including water leakages
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms, event halls, and other guest areas, ensuring all equipment functions properly for events
• Any other duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time / or as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Experience with AV systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance is essential
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
