Job Description

• Handle scheduled maintenance of plastic manufacturing machineries and plant facility

• Respond to breakdowns, which include diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes and repair equipment

• Create or update maintenance procedures

• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment supplies

• Assist in machine and plant equipment optimization and continuous improvement projects

Criteria

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent from reputable University/college

• Professed in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in general workshop practices, hydraulic and pneumatic system will be an added advantage

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Adequate working knowledge of MS Office Suites

• The candidate must exhibit a firm approach to sustaining and encouraging safe work environments and demonstrate ability to develop strategies to improve overall equipment reliability

• Excellent skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• A proactive person who readily provides solutions to challenges
