Job Summary
Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and effective coordination between kitchen and service teams, while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain consistent food quality, service standards, and presentation
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Support opening/closing duties, including cash handling and reports
Team Leadership
- Supervise, guide, and support service and kitchen teams during shifts
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment
Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Monitor service speed, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen/purchasing teams
- Control wastage and ensure proper storage and hygiene practices
Hygiene & Compliance
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Administrative Support
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and daily briefings
- Support management in implementing new procedures and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized, able to multitask, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
