1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Website, Apps, email, or walk-ins with a friendly and helpful *************
- Follow up with customers and support the journey from first inquiry to successful closing.
- Keep the customer database and sales records updated and organized.
- Play an active role in helping the team achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Administrative Excellence
- Maintain well-organized sales documents and filing systems.
- Monitor customer payments and coordinate smoothly with the finance team.
- Ensure all documentation follows company procedures and quality standards.
3. Team & Operations Support
- Coordinate delivery or service schedules with the operations team to keep everything running smoothly.
4. Customer Happiness
- Explain products confidently and professionally.
- Handle questions or concerns with patience, care, and quick solutions.
- Build strong long-term relationships that encourage repeat purchases.
