Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee relations, and supporting professional development initiatives within the organisation.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and compliance
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition techniques
  • Proficiency in HR administration tasks such as payroll, benefits management, and performance reviews
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for addressing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Ability to manage multiple HR projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience in conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or employee training is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
